Our office is proud to participate with the following insurance plans:
- Medicare (Covers medical visits but does not offer routine vision coverage)
- United Healthcare (All medical plans accepted, vision only if directly through United Healthcare not a third party such as United Healthcare Vision, Block Vision, or Optum Health Vision)
- Blue Cross / Blue Shield (All medical and vision plans accepted, however many policies use third parties for vision which we might not be in network with)
- Aetna (All medical and vision, not including HMO plans)
- Eyemed (All vision plans, however Eyemed does not provide coverage for medically related visits)
- VSP – (We are out of network providers and charge a $30 copay for comprehensive exams)
- Humana (We accepted vision only, not medical)
- Spectera (Non-selection provider)

As of 3/1/2018 our office is no longer participating with FEP Blue Vision.
We do offer a 20% courtesy discount to any existing patients with FEP Blue Vision.
